Best carrier for a bad back?

I have chronic back pain and need a carrier that's supportive. Harper is about 12 lbs now. Tried a cheap one and my back was screaming. Is the Ergobaby or Baby Bjorn worth the price? Open to other suggestions too!

For back pain, proper support is essential and worth the investment. Top recommendations: Ergobaby Omni 360 or Omni Breeze (excellent lumbar support), Lillebaby Complete (great back support with extra lumbar padding), or Tula Free-to-Grow. Key features to look for: wide waistband that sits on hips (not waist), padded shoulder straps, lumbar support panel, and the ability to position baby high and close to your body. Baby Bjorn is lighter but offers less back support. Also consider: wearing baby on your back once they have good head control distributes weight better. Try before you buy if possible!

I have a bad back too and LOVE my Lillebaby. Great support and lots of carrying positions.

Ergobaby 360 saved my back! Worth every penny. The lumbar support is amazing.
