Screen time guilt - finding balance

I used to be so anti-screen time. Then reality hit. Jack watches about 30-45 min of Bluey while I make dinner and honestly? It's saved my sanity. He's learning words and social situations from it. Giving yourself permission to not be perfect is important.

Survived my first solo outing!

Took Mia to a coffee shop BY MYSELF today. No diaper blowouts, no meltdowns (hers or mine), successfully ordered AND drank a latte while it was still warm. Feeling like a superhero right now. πŸ¦Έβ€β™‚οΈ
